There is about 1/3 left now and I am feeling better about it. You can also see that I made a place to hang the mast up to keep horses from getting tangled in the stays or walking on the mast. The three hooks were lazer leveled to insure that the mast stays perfectly straight.
These are my rail designs roughly to scale. The top drawing is very much to scale. These rails should be much more modern than the old hoop. They are only 1.5' at the highest point, but that will make the boat look better.
